Medical device safety

Section 6 of the German Medical Devices Operator Ordinance (MPBetreibV), concerning the Medical Device Safety Officer, requires healthcare facilities that regularly employ more than 20 people to appoint a competent and reliable person with training in medicine, science, nursing, pharmacy or technology as their Medical Device Safety Officer.
