Highest quality and top rankings

Klinik Manhagen is a highly specialised hospital. Around 14,000 patients receive inpatient treatment here each year, while our practices care for approximately 10,000 outpatients. The hospital is open to everyone regardless of health insurance and provides full inpatient, short-stay and day-clinic care. In nationwide rankings by case numbers, Klinik Manhagen is among the top ten in many specialist fields and, in some areas, is one of Europe’s largest specialist hospitals. Its consistently patient-focused model of care is also reflected in patient surveys, in which the hospital regularly achieves leading results.

Highest quality and top rankings

There is always another way – for the benefit of our patients

Klinik Manhagen’s mission is shaped by the highest standards of quality through innovation, specialisation, individual patient-centred care and mutual appreciation. Patients and visitors sense this distinctive atmosphere as soon as they enter the hospital. The entire Manhagen team, comprising doctors, nurses, therapists and many other staff, shares one goal: to provide every patient with the best possible treatment through first-class medicine, regardless of their insurance status.

Klinik Manhagen is a family-run organisation that has always placed medical quality above maximising profit. Only consistently outstanding care allows a hospital to remain at the forefront of medicine over many decades. Leading positions in annual hospital rankings and excellent ratings in surveys conducted among patients and health insurers confirm Klinik Manhagen’s focus on quality and innovation.

Klinik Manhagen is the only hospital in Germany to offer a guarantee for every procedure it performs. If, for example, another operation on an implanted joint becomes necessary within five years, the hospital covers the cost and health insurers do not have to pay again. Klinik Manhagen can provide this guarantee because of the outstanding quality of its treatment.

Patient satisfaction

Patient satisfaction is a key quality indicator. Klinik Manhagen uses feedback from a range of sources, including klinikbewertungen.de, Google reviews, health insurer surveys and our own feedback forms.

Transparency is important to us: praise, criticism and suggestions help us refine our processes and continuously improve the patient experience.
